SKF Polyseal Graduation

SKF Polyseal and the ESLC have worked together since February 2010 to provide work-specific English classes to SKF employees. As one round of classes ends and students either finish the course or progress to the next level, we celebrate with SKF's staff in a student graduation.

The most recent graduation was held on May 24th, 2011 and involved 16 students performing skits, telling stories, and reading letters of appreciation to their company. As one student said, "I want to thank SKF for providing me an opportunity to attend English classes. These English classes help me improve my language skill. I can understand the safety guidelines and the policy of the company. I can communicate with my co-workers easier. I can write this thank you note by myself. I can ask my supervisor if I have questions and voice my own opinions. I feel more involved with the company and the people I work with."

The students presented SKF with a binder including their hand-written letters, and we concluded the celebration with cake, ice cream, and socializing. Congratulations to SKF and its student graduates!! Keep up the good work!
