International Rescue Committee (IRC) - The IRC is a global leader in emergency relief, rehabilitation, protection of human rights, post-conflict development, resettlement services and advocacy for those uprooted or affected by violent conflict and oppression. The IRC is one of two refugee resettlement agencies in Salt Lake City.
Catholic Community Services (CCS) - CCS provides comprehensive resettlement services to refugees from various regions of the world. CCS immigration services include evaluating and providing assistance to individuals and families in the immigration process.
The State of Utah Refugee Office - The State Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) seeks to maximize the quality and pace of refugee integration. Non- profit organizations, school districts, and other community groups coordinate their efforts through the state office.
University Neighborhood Partners (UNP) - UNP links the University of Utah with seven ethnically and culturally rich Salt Lake City neighborhoods in ways that create pathways to higher education. UNP partnerships address barriers of race, ethnicity, religion, political viewpoints, and
geography that can interrupt the journey to higher education.
Hser Ner Moo Center - The Hser Ner Moo Welcome Center is a Community Learning Center administered through the Utah State Office of Education. The Community Center serves the residents at the South Parc apartment complex, most of whom are refugees, and other refugees living within the boundaries of South Salt Lake City.
Latter-Day Saint Humanitarian Center - The Humanitarian Center was established to (1) prepare emergency relief supplies for shipment worldwide, (2) train those desiring to develop employable skills and become self-reliant, and (3) offer service opportunities.
SLCC Community Writing Center - The Salt Lake Community College Community Writing Center provides opportunites to enhance writing abilities through such programs as writing coaching and workshops. They support, motivate and educate people of all abilites and educational backgrounds who want to write for practical needs, civic engagement and personal expression.
