August 2025 Volunteer of the Month: Aimee B.

For the past three years, Aimee has been a dedicated volunteer with the ESLC, showing up week after week with incredible consistency. No matter the season, her commitment to supporting English learners shines through. Aimee does the big things right, from preparing thoughtful lessons to building strong connections with her students. She also hits the mark on the little things, like submitting her monthly reports on time!

Aimee is flexible, dependable, and always willing to step in where she’s needed, whether that’s teaching a new topic, collaborating with a co-teacher, or welcoming a new volunteer into the classroom.

Her care for learners extends beyond the classroom. She participates in community events, shares her experiences with others, and encourages people in her own circles to get involved. We are so grateful to Aimee for her hard work and energy she pours into teaching.
