Our partnership with the ESL Center began about three years ago, and I can easily say that it is one of the most crucial developmental programs we have brought into our facility.  The onsite workplace ESL programs have not only improved the education and inclusion of our associates who are enrolled in the ESL classes, but it has also improved the morale of their fellow associates.  Because of the convenient onsite location of the classes, it makes us more readily available for group celebrations to mark milestones in our ESL students' progress.  This program has had a large positive impact to our facility's teamwork as a whole, and our entire facility is very proud of what this program brings to our culture.

The ESL Center of Utah has been totally awesome in teaching our employees to speak English. The English class taught by the ESL Center has improved the English skills for many of our employees.  Having this class has also improved the confidence level of our employees so they feel more comfortable communicating in English…even if it may not yet be “perfect” English. The ESL teachers have also done a great job of “making learning fun.” Our employees look forward to the class each week.
